Research On Appraisal Method And Improving Way To The Efficiency In Running The Universities In China

Some universities have totally ignored the efficiency in school management in the course of running a school, which caused the decline of the efficiency in school management in the course of expanding. Therefore, this thesis analyses the present situation in domestic and abroad about the efficiency in school management, besides confirming the constitution and intension of the efficiency in school management on the basis of the actual situation of the degressive efficiency and low efficiency. This thesis adopts the analytical method of counting to summarizes the main factor that the university influences the efficiency in school management in the course of running a school, including: the intramural management system in school, the collecting of the operating expenses of school, the use of fixed assets and funds of school, quality and quantity of cultivating undergraduates of school, the industrialization of the scientific findings of school. This thesis adopt the method of G1 to confirm the weight coefficient of index of evaluation by contrast analysis; set up the system of indices of evaluation of the efficiency in school management, including: economic benefit index and social benefit index, by expounding of basic theoretical knowledge of system of indices of evaluation and analyzing the factor that influences the efficiency in school management; adopt Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation evaluate of the efficiency in school management, by contrast analysis of some assessment method and peculiarities of universities. It confirms the appraisal method which is fit to appraise the efficiency in school management, then it puts forward the way to improve the efficiency to the factor that influences the efficiency in school management, including: perfect the intramural management system in school, perfect the collecting of the operating expenses of school, strengthen the use of fixed assets and funds of school, raise quality and quantity of cultivating undergraduates of school, accelerate the industrialization of the scientific findings of school. Finally, it adopts the case analysis to apply theory knowledge to the concrete situation in order to carry on research to the efficiency in school management of the university.
