Reseaech On The Development Of Chinese NPO

Chinese NPO is facing unprecedented opportunities to develop as the socialist market economic system has become more and more completed and the functions of government have transformed further. It is believed in this thesis, that obviously it has both theoretical and realistic values to systematically analyze and deeply research on the issue of the development of NPO.In this thesis, basic principles of public administration and administrative science, etc, are applied. The development of NPO as the regarding subject is discoursed roundly and deeply by means of canonical and empirical analysis. There are four chapers in this thesis. It introduces the basic theories, advantages and functions of NPO in chapter one, analyzes the evolution, current status, motives, problems and reasons of the development of Chinese NPO in chapter two, raises the policy choices of Chinese NPO's development in chapter three, and researches the proposal to improve the development of Chinese NPO in chapter four.The main innovations of this thesis exist in: first, to analyze the motives to Chinese NPO development from the angel of public administration; second, to introduce the theory of learning organization into the solutions; third, to have an unique point of view regarding to establish co-operations between NPO and governments/enterprises.
