Research On The School-based Training Of Primary School In Guangxi

Currently, we have started a new phase of development for building a well-off society in an all-round way. It puts forward new task for the reform and development of education to implement the strategy of national rejuvenation through science and education and the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. Now, the teaching staff of our primary and junior high school as a whole couldn't adapt to the need of the reform and development of education of a new phase, especially the whole quality of teachers in the countryside is in great need of being enhanced.The school-based training which is embodied as"for school","in school"and"on school",has been proved as a critical form of continued education for teachers accord with the situation of China. So, It is a perfect approach for the teacher of primary school in the countryside to develop their professional quality to develop school-based training actively and deepening the research of school-based training unceasingly.Under this background, the research selects 20 primary schools in the countryside of the region of Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin,Yulin and Hechi as samples, by the way of literature search, questionnaire and interview and so on, we comprehend by the numbers the education status quo of the primary school of countryside in Guangxi, the problems of the primary school teachers as a whole and the situation of the school-based training, analyze the problems of school-based training and dig its successful cases, then we try to put forward countermeasures from the aspects of school-based training of concept, implementary process, develop period, mechanism and effect estimate .The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes the purpose and significance of this thesis and expatiates on the experience of foreign school-based training and its developmental trend briefly and also set forth the exploration of domestic school-based training pattern.The second part first parses correlative concepts of the teacher of primary school in countryside and then analyzes the background of the school-based training of primary school teacher in Guangxi countryside from the point of the task and challenge which the elementary education of countryside faced, the requirement of the reform of the New Curriculum and teacher's professional development, the problems of the countryside primary school education in Guangxi on the base of explaining correlative concepts of primary school teachers'school-based...
