The article devotes to studying the problems existing in credit system of national student-loan-in-aid and explores solutions to those problems. At first, it briefly introduces the background and significance for the policy of the student-loan-in-aid followed by the elaboration of the cardinal situation of the student-loan-in-aid system. Then, it focuses on the current condition of the problems in the process. In the last part, the article offers suggestion to solve the problems within the framework of establishing and strengthening the credit system.
