With the advancement of the reform of primary educational courses, many schools are holding activities to give the students chances to evaluate teaching. But there also appear many kinds of conflicts, which greatly weaken the advantages of students' teaching evaluation and prevent students' evaluation work from being widely carried out. In this article, I'm trying to analyze and study the still puzzling evaluation made by senior students according to the theory of conflicts and the theory of communication, looking for some actualizing strategies for practical operation, which is of great value to theory and practice for exploring how to improve and perfect students' level of evaluation.After putting forward the topic of the research, analyzing the background and its significance, pointing out the main definitions and showing the readers the content and the way of the research, I first generalize and analyze the situations and the existing problems of the students' teaching evaluation in D High School and schools around it, in order to arouse the thinking of why there are some conflicts in their evaluation activities.Then by combining some typical examples, some paper investigations and some visiting materials in the work, we analyze the forms and types of conflicts in the evaluation in D High School. From this. I further analyze the cause of the conflicts and draw the conclusion that the causes lie in the disadvantages of the dependence and the great differences between each other, inherent mechanism imperfection. etc. Next, I point out that in high schools, this kind of conflicts has two characteristics --- constructive conflicts and destroying conflicts coexist and the content of the conflictions is much more complicated --- realistic and unrealistic conflictions happen in turn. So it is really unnecessary to be shocked when we talk about conflicts. We should try to realize, analyze and take good control of them so that we can make it of use to the development of our school organization. Considering the characteristics of conflicts in most students' comments, I put forward some cooperative principles and strategies for cooperation: taking charge of it in system, changing opinions according to situations, controlling it to a suitable degree and keeping it in harmony with anyone.In the third chapter. I introduce some achievements made in communication management practice applied in students' teaching evaluation in D High School, and generalize some most common types, some difficulties in communication and some communicative skills in school's communication management. At last, I get the functions of communication management from practice and point out some basic opinions to direct communication management, such as "The outside should go with the inside."
