The thinking of the teachers in the primary and elementary school is the thinking mode that was exhibited when they thought about the educational and instructional questions. It is the internal mechanism of a teacher' s behavior and which is represented by a teacher' s words and deeds embody the thinking tendency when they faced the same questions. It gradually formed in the teacher' s longtime instructional activities. It is dual because sometimes it brought good efforts and sometimes not. Once it come into formation, it is hard to change or replace it. The essence of it is the behavior tendency in the teacher' s educational process and it is the experiential thinking that was formed in the longtime problem-solving process. Speaking from the characteristic, the thinking of the teacher is single, the teachers always think about problems from their own. At the same time, they have to think about them from their students for the case of the specialty of education. So it is dual. Additionally, for the guidance role, the thinking of teachers are vail-oriented. In the other hand, the profit between the school and students is in inadequate consistent , so that the thinking of teachers is inconsistent.Through the observation on the teachers' behavior, we found that there are something in common in their thinking: excessively seeking for independence and clear responsibility; obeying the rules; lacking versatility and creation; monomial and linear thinking; simplifying the resolving strategy; lacking for guidance and corresponding low-level specialization degree.
