Bora Milutinovic, the former head coach of China national football team, once said," your attitude was everything". As being a teacher, I always tell my students that, learning or not, is a matter of attitude, not a matter of your ability. What on earth are the relations between learning attitude and learning effect? This paper will analyze the definition of learning attitude at first, then come to the conclusion of positive correlation between learning attitude and learning effect through real tests, based on the theory of how learning attitude build up. This paper falls into four parts:1.Interpret the definition, features, structure and functions of learning attitude;2.How does learning attitude build up, change and how to measure it;3.Test the correlation between learning attitude and learning effect;4.Analyze the testing outcome and the influence of the theory.
