In nowadays china, there exist popular phenomena of making up missed lessons which were organized by the general senior middle school. As the limited matriculate rate can't completely meet the society demands, there appears an extreme way to make up missed lessons that were organized by schools. The abuses are so obvious: the students' bodies and psychology would be harmed so serious, and their thinking and characters would be suppressed to a contorted by the bald leaning contents. Not only the students but also the teachers would be harmed by it. At the same time, it aggravates the economic burden, even leads some students who come from poor families to be unable to go to school.Although our government forbids it in a long-standing way, the phenomena hasn't been cleared away and even more serious. To settle this problem drastically, this article will analysis three main causations: firstly, the worst things are both the way to distribute the benefits and the standard which just be judged according to the marks. Because making up missed lessons can improve the achievements rapidly, the supervised department, schools, teachers and students' parents accepted the making up missed lessons; secondly, all of schools, teachers and students' families can gain economic benefits directly or indirectly; thirdly, parts of the students' parents have no enough time and energies or level to instruct their children, they want to shift off the burden to the schools and teachers.This article is combined with the author's experiences and thinking of making up missed lessons for reference. Firstly, the attitude of the relative departments and the students' parents must be corrected. They must kwon that making up missed lessons is not a good way to settle the problem. Secondly, the national enrolling examination for senior middle school students must be depressed and the way of recruiting students need to be changed, further more, our government need to develop the vocational education to increase the chances to be enrolled in the university. Thirdly, manage to enhance the teachers' earnings and relax the restricting of teaching in home in order to balance both the teachers' and the students' demands. At last, suggest that if the foregoing can't be reached in a not long time, the government also can set up relative supervised organizations and prescripts, at the same time, strength the supervising. In a word, make the phenomena of making up missed lessons in a suitable organized and supervised environment and at last reach the aim to have no the phenomena of making up missed lessons which were organized by the schools.
