Purpose of the study: The instruction of P.E. lesson is an important constituent in school course system for various grades. In the process of promoting quality-centered comprehensive education, for all-around development, exploring, developing and realizing sports classroom instruction reform is not only to cater to the new times, but also answer the request. This study aiming at enabling the university tennis beginners to study tennis skill faster through using psychological suggestion , thus optimize universities tennis teaching quality, encourage the students'interest in tennis movement, then fosters the life long physical culture the custom, expands the Chinese tennis population.
