The Establishing Of Training Mechanism For The University Younger Teacher

This paper mainly aims to design more reasonable training mechanism in university for the deficiency of university younger teacher's motivation and the validity of university younger teacher's education, to improve younger teacher's performance and to maximize target between the university and the younger teacher.This training mechanism put forward four principal parts, including the university which organize the training, the interrelated government administration, the center of teacher education and the younger teacher themselves. This training mechanism will make the four factors integrate constructively and make the responsibility clearly.Younger teachers in the university have a great desirability to improve their ability and make themselves more perfect, but the training mechanism in university for them cannot satisfy the needs. This paper design questionnaire especially for the younger teacher in the university, analyze the reality of the younger teacher's training situation, find out the weakness existed in the training mechanism now and suggest to set up a new model of training mechanism of the younger teacher's training situation, help the younger teacher in the university have more chance to receive the high quality training.The investigation in this paper also showed that balancing of the relationship among the university which organize the training, the interrelated government agency, the center of teacher education and the younger teacher themselves. Introducing creative contract or self-help merit and salary plan to change the one using the title of academic post, and that paying attention on the incentive and supervise on the teachers with lower title, withdraw the limitation of quota and increasing the promotion standard with the Go or Out regulation. The investigation of the training mechanism in university has a great positive infection, not only for the younger teacher in university, but also for the whole training mechanism of the university. Additively, the attaching system for training mechanism also should be seriously considered.
