| How to enhance the teaching quality of the high school biology has become one of the important topics of the elementary education biology curriculum reforms. The high school biology reflective teaching in the school is of great significance to improving the teaching quality. The high school biology reflective teaching is that the biology teacher combines the education theories and experience based on knowledge with the high school biology teaching practice. Its starting point is to explore and to breakthrough the intrinsic questions of elementary education curriculum reforms, the biology teaching and the students' development. It takes pursuing the optimized process of teaching as the motive. It takes strengthening teachers' "moral sense" as the sally point. It unifies "to learn how to teach" and "to learn how to study". At the same time, the reflective teaching also promotes the transformation from the experienced to the learned of the high school biology teachers.Guided by the modern education theories, and taking advantage of the teaching characteristics of biology, I have carried on teaching practice for a year. I have studied feasible practice of the reflective high school biology teaching from three aspects. They are the basic types of reflective teaching practice, the essential methods and evaluations. After a year's teaching practice, I can draw a conclusion that the reflective teaching practice may achieve the following effects: 1. It can enhance the students' interest of study and it can also improve the students' attitudes towards study; 2. It can enhance the students' schoolachievements; 3. It can also promote the teachers' development and their teaching abilities.At the same time, this also gives us prompts. That is this topic is not only effective but also operable.
