The Study On The Reform Of The Distribution System For Public-run Vocational Colleges

Many great changes have been taken place in our socio-economic life during the past 20 years since China's implementation of the policy"opening-up to the outside world and invigorating to the domestic". In the course of taking the new type of industrialization and promoting the urbanization, more and more national attention to vocational education and the policy direction for developing it vigorously provides a good development environment for vocational education. A large number of better-run secondary schools or universities'secondary vocational colleges are independently upgraded, which have been growing rapidly. Then the internal management system and the teaching reform in vocational colleges needs deepening, in which one of the most serious challenges is to reform distribution system.The author has read a lot about the related policy and works on the reform of the distribution system in vocational colleges. On the basis of reference and documentation home and abroad, the author gives an in-depth study of the existing problems of the distribution system in vocational colleges.First, through the analysis of the status and development opportunities for vocational education, the paper supplies us the study target------the reform of the distribution system for public-run vocational colleges. Secondly, from the management science, economics, sociology, the author has introduced the theoretical basis of the distribution system reform in vocational colleges. There are four major principles followed, that is, by the principle of the organic unity of the distribution according to work and the distribution of production factors, the principle of giving priority to efficiency with the balance of equity, the principle of distribution system-oriented and common prosperity, and the principle of the other simultaneous supporting reform of the personnel system.Thirdly, though the study on and in comparison with vocational colleges, some colleges and universities, civilian-run colleges and universities and foreign schools, the author points out the problems existing in the distribution system of vocational colleges and the experiences drawn on.Finally, according to the analyses mentioned-above, you can get that the reform of the distribution system is the realignment of the original interest pattern among vocational colleges, also is the disintegration and the reshaping conclusions of the existing value-oriented distribution system. Therefore, the author puts forward the specific recommendations of the distribution system for further deepening the reform in vocational colleges.The innovation here is that the author has made a detailed investigation and study, and has put forward the specific measures for the reform of the distribution system, which has not aroused extensive concern, in vocational colleges.
