Studying the structure of high school physics teacher's educational scientific research ability, the forming of high school physics teacher's educational scientific research ability, etc. concern the effective implementation of the new physics curriculum, the carrying out of the three-dimensional objectives of physics curriculum, and the development of student. It is an important and urgent research subject.As a kind of teacher's ability, the forming and development of teacher's educational scientific research ability should have some conmen features of the forming and development of teacher's ability, such as practicality of ability forming and development, advancing gradually of ability forming and development, and so on. The methods of educational scientific research, which form during people's recognition process of educational things, are ways of activity with general applicability. They have positive effect on the forming of educational scientific research ability. Education action research is an effective way of the forming of teacher's educational scientific research ability. So, theories such as the theory of teacher's ability, the methodology of educational scientific research and education action research are theoretical basis of studying the forming of high school physics teacher's educational scientific research ability.
