Abstract/Summary:
The femormal head injury is one of the most outstanding sport injuries among Chinese juvenile female gymnasts in practice these years. Owing to the increasing difficulty in gym rules, athletic techniques, growing strength in low limbs, etc, quite a few women gymnasts, either team from national or provincial, are found in some degree to suffer from femormal head injuries.The paper, with the methods of literature reviews, questionnaire investigation, case studies etc, based on the perspective of sport train science, explored the thighbone injuries among young female Chinese gymnasts, in order to find out the sicken rate, damnification features, and to analyze the possible reasons, thus to recognize its regularities. Meanwhile the likely activating skills and acts in gym practice which may lead to injury were also investigated, collected, and induced, with a further biomechanical analysis into them. And its common features were summed up, accordingly the prevention measures were brought forward to make the references for both the coaches and gymnasts in their daily trainings and competitions to prevent and reduce the occurrences of the sport injuries in femormal head and to extend their sport career.Main findings are as follows:1.The femormal head injury among Chinese juvenile female gymnasts are found in such items as balance beam, floor exercise, horse-vaulting, uneven bars as a result of mainly training facts, then innate physiological facts and finally psychological effects relating to the training.2.The juvenile female gymnasts undergoes the fastigium aged 12~ 13, with the easiest cases for those of eight to nine years'training.3.The training factors which may cause their injuries lie in: the impertinent landing in leaping and body- longitudinal axis turn action;improper arrangement of...
