The teaching mode of Biological research is based on sciencely deal with the interrelationship between students and teachers.Under the guidance of teachers, students study biology with similar scientific research.While study basic knowledge, students focus on the intellectual development and creativity, foster a scientific outlook on the world and a methodology of teaching system. Teachers create a state initiative to explore the teaching in the class, lead students using the initiative to participate in the construction of biological knowledge. The research focused on three-teaching modes,which are the knowledge discovery, discussion-based, experimental study. The basic elements of the teaching modes(theoretical foundations, functional goal, applicable conditions, operation procedure, and teaching evaluation) are respectively analyzed and discussed Besides, the application of the three modes are demonstrated and expounded with pertinent example cases.The research projects take two classes of senior two as sample. Experimental class: the biology professor at the "biological" background knowledge, the teachers and stuents proposed research topic together , students chose research subjects for study and research. Conventional teaching classes : still under normal control. The study designes tracking survey associated with the research study and contrasts from five latitudes, four grades for the pre-test and post-test in experimental class. Experiment conducts a questionnaire survey of students in the class, so as to evaluae whether or not they have fulfilled student's interest in learning , whether to make it get happy, whether to use their brains, whether the freedom to choose. Experiments indicates that the pre-test a program to create and control classes, no significant difference, a significant difference in the post-test.The experiment shows students in the class have created greater capacity. Research study to improve the teacher-student relationship, changing the way students learn, for the children's interest in learning. By comparing the experimental class of biological and experimental results significantly different than the control class. This paper provides a detailed analysis of the results of the practice, and sums up this subject, analysises the existing problems briefly, discusses the need to strengthen the future work.
