This article mainly discusses two problems: One is what is writing accomplishment, the other is to train basic strategy about writing accomplishment.This chapter 1 of this article analyses the concept of the writing accomplishment, it defines the writing accomplishment as labor course that the writers make use of the language to create the various literary styles, such as practicability and literature...etc, the writing also is the process that students talk with society, others, ego, and nature, it also is the result that they turn their thought emotion outside. It is worth mentioning that the senior school students' writing processes can not get away from the teachers' instruction generally. The At the same time this article puts forward the conception of the writing accomplishment": The "writing accomplishment" means the steady basal knowledge, ability, accomplishment, life experiment, tasting sentiment, life practice and emotion attitude, value view that the writer show out. It has the instrumental and literary meaning. It has the function of creating culture and transmitting culture .Then it analyses the meaning of studying writing accomplishment, characteristic and the apocalypse that the writing accomplishment three-dimensional model shows out.The chapter 2 of this article discusses something about the accomplishment of writing knowledge and the strategy of training, then it puts forward the training strategy of writing knowledge accomplishment based with one classify method (phenomenon knowledge, concept knowledge, the principle knowledge),it also analyzes the relation between the writing knowledge and the writing quality.The chapter 3 of this article discusses mainly about the accomplishment of writing skill and the strategy of training, it analyzes the concrete connotation of writing ability, it also analyzes the writing accomplishment and the training strategy from two sides of stare ability and recessive ability.The chapter 4 of this article discusses the accomplishment of writing process and method, and mainly discusses the contents and the development strategy of writing habit and the writing method.The chapter 5 of this article mainly discusses the accomplishment of writing emotion, the writing attitude and value, it analyzes that the emotion complication include four basic contents and the development strategy, it analyzes the basic content of the writing attitude and the training strategy, it analyzes the basic content of method and the training strategy.
