With the rapid development of society and extended promotion of national education reforms, numerous teachers or educators have the tendency facing more stresses and strains of the job; however, it's hard for educational department administrators to macro-control or unburden the pressure of work because people differ in perceptive ability of stresses and tolerance of them. Therefore, only with scientific management, the harm to teachers caused by abnormal working pressure can be eliminated. Especially under the new educational circumstances, great changes happen to source and types of pressure, so the pressure management should be improved to adapt to the various situation.This paper presents the source of the pressure and various perceptive abilities of different groups of teachers facing stresses through the analysis on pressure management of school A, which is based on typical case study and interviews to teachers. In the practice of research and administration, it is found that the basic source of teacher's pressure is nearly the same .So, to some extent, how the administrator deals with the problem should be nearly the same. In practical work in detail, as all the schools' basic aim and task are identical, the administrators can learn from another while they are considering what means to take up and how to adjust the means in dealing with the problem.Furthermore, by the means of summary experiences of pressure management during research and theories home and abroad, we try to grope for a new type of pressure relief mechanism. The school's administration makes teachers enjoy their right and get their reasonable pay which they should enjoy and get. The school's organization and adjustment makes teachers fulfill their common task by cooperation and makes teachers share the delight due to cooperation and be satisfied because they have done the obligation together. School's administration, excellent organization and harmonious campus culture promote the teaching and education, which effectively makes it possible that the school will be able to develop continuously. Finally this paper provides readers some regular methods of pressure management to help school with similar experiences or problems and administrators who need advise about this topic.
