Modern social science and technology are developing very fast, self-regulated learning ability is very important for getting the necessary knowledge and skills in working and life, if lacking this ability, personal development will be restricted. According to our new round Basic Education Course Innovation, students must adapt to the requirement of studying for life, and have the basic knowledge, skill and measure. The key point of Self-regulated learning is that the student must convert the learning way from passive learning to self-regulated learning, which is very important for the implementation of new course. Self-regulated learning is very useful not only for individual growing, but also for social development and education innovation. Self-regulated learning ability is necessary for individual to keep on studying and adapt to the social development.This article mainly investigate the ways of promotion the students' self-regulated ability from the following four aspects: self-regulated learning meanings, process, effect factor and cultivating mechanism. â‘ Setting up the Self-regulated learning environment. Self-regulated learning can not away from the good learning environment, democracy, equality, allowance and concordant learning atmosphere can produce circumstances effect, which is the basic guarantee for self-regulated learning. In this environment, students can buildup the confidence of overcoming difficulties and courage of exploring and discovery. We can build the self-regulated learning environment from following aspects: construction democracy and equality relationship between teachers and students, providing all kinds of learning resource, building active and concordant class. â‘¡ Stimulating learning motivation, learning motivation likes activator, which can produce the indirect enforcing and accelerating effects, and have the trigger, directing and strengthening functions. Learning motivation can be stimulated by increasing the didactical interest, stimulating the student's interest, strengthening the student's self-efficiency and right encouragement. â‘¢Instruction policy of self-regulated learning. The process of learning and grasping the learning policy is the same as the process of studying how to learning. In teaching practice, the studying of self-regulated learning policy can be developed from the following aspects: cognizing learning policy, original cognizing policy, utilizing the studying resource policy. â‘£ Optimizing the teaching in the classroom. Teaching in the classroom is the key sector of teaching, and the main channel of learning, so the emphases of the teaching is classroom teaching.
