"Science" is one of the key establishments of Comprehensive Curriculum in the new round "Elementary Education & Curriculum Reform". "Science" in Junior School stretches across most subjects, Physics, Chemistry, Biology as well as Astronomy, Geography are covered in it. Therefore, teachers are now facing a great challenge in any aspects, such as in Education Idea, Knowledge Structure and Teaching Behavior and so on. And the most important crucial factor, which affects the new curriculum implement, is the teacher's adapt to this new curriculum, and it is worth us having the matter of concern.In order to help the teacher and to make themselves devoting into the new curriculum and the practice in reform, problems occurred to the teacher during the new curriculum implement are elaborated in the Article, which is starting from the recent years' practice of "Science" carried out in junior schools and the present situation implement, what's more, a train of thoughts for solving the above problems are attempt to proposed in the Article so as to well improve the development of Elementary Education & Curriculum Reform.The Article is divided into the following Four sections:Section One : Understanding on the new curriculum - "Science". Firstly introduce the implication, the type as well as the characteristic and the value of "Science" in junior schools. And then discuss the problems on Science teachers' accomplishment, and the like.Section Two: The Teacher's ill-adaptation during new curriculum's implement. Expound the troubles existed to the teacher while the "Science" brought into effect, including the teacher's self-confidence deficiency, wrongly grasping the measure to teaching instruction, worrying about the less of new curriculum resources and the student's academic achievement, and so on.Section Three: Analysis on the root of the ill-adaptation of teachers. Find out the reason why the teacher cannot be competent for the new curriculum teaching, analyzing mainly from the aspect of teacher's emotion, cognition to the new curriculum and the specialized supporting for the new curriculum, the improper disposition for the class resources as well as the overweight which "Science" teachers bearing, and so on.Section Four: Countermeasure and suggestion for solving. The author attempts to propose her own view and train of thoughts, in the field of teacher's training offering, propagandizes to the new curriculum, and construction for the new curriculum resources construction, the construction and improvement of policy and the necessary system.
