Quality education requires we focus on the development of innovative spirits and practicing ability. The current situation of China's basic education, in which receiving teaching, rote memory and rigid drill are over emphasized, can not keep up with quality education. A great reform is more needed in the revision stage in grade 3 at China's senior high school (Senior 3 for short). On the other hand, the research on Psychology of Mathematics Education (PME) is becoming flourishing in China, and that has greatly influenced every aspect of instruction. And the shift of teachers' instruction thinking and the change of students' learning methods are highlighted.This paper is mainly based on such an ideal, which can improve math instruction methods and correctly guide students' overall revision in Senior 3; at the same time the ideal will exploit students' potential and stimulate their interesting of math. It made researches on following 3 parts: (1) What are the factors which effect the math revision in Senior 3? (2) What kinds of strategies can be used in the math revision in Senior 3? (3) How do non-intelligence factors influence the efficiency of math revision prepared for college entrance examination? This paper, based on the principles of PME, theoretically analyzed many factors of students' math revision in Senior 3. Then in this paper, the author probed into the ways and methods to grasp students' learning psychology in math teaching of Senior 3 and to pay close attention the factors of non-intelligence. Meanwhile the author carried experiments and researches on the above field.The main conclusions are: (1) The "would-be mathematics language" instruction is a workable way to make math elementary. (2) Students should be aware that the adjust of psychology does great help to math revision. (3) Learning methods are identically proportioned to test results. (4) Learning results can be forecasted by learning anxieties, motivations and attitudes.
