Study On Estate Management Of S Institutions Of Higher Education

Nowadays in 21st century, Institutions of Higher Education, as a main base for cultivating brains and scientific researches, is playing more and more important role in the development of national economy. And the estate of Institutions of Higher Education is much significant to its development serving as the material element for the development of brains and scientific researches. Thus it's important to conduct a study and reinforce the management on Estate Management of Institutions of Higher Education.Employing the author's work reality, in the paper dwelt upon are the theory position of quasi-public property of Institutions of Higher Education, Game Theory of distribution of public resources within Institutions of Higher Education and performance evaluation under the resource distribution status and the relevant. The present management of estate of Institutions of Higher Education is explained in the light of sample analysis. Through dimensional analysis, the existing problems concerning the estate management of Institutions of Higher Education are systematically summed up into six aspects—management awareness to be reinforced; organizations, intension coverage and management responsibility to be sound; management system also to be sound; simpler principles and methods of estate disposition lacking encouragement, optimum and tracking supervision; weak consciousness of intangible estate management and lack of practicable scientific performance evaluation.
