So we can see the derelopment through the evalution of mathematical pedagogic synopsis . It will be very valuable both on summing up the way we have went by , and on forcasting the direction in the future's innovation .Because our country has learned from the Urapan , the USA , the Soviet during the corse of appointment on mathematical pedagogic synopsis , we try to compare and study through combing the Soviet's mathematical pedagogic synopsis .
