The arrival of economic globalization and information society impels the internationalization of higher education to deepen constantly, transnational higher education arises at the historic moment. As one kind of the education form which is different from the traditional foreign student education, people's concern about it increases day by day. Under the guidance of educational strategic objective of Australian government, with the support of the industrialization and internationalization of Australian higher education, the development of the Australian transnational higher education is very fast, already obtained the amazing achievement.The thesis makes the multiple perspectives, the comprehensive research mainly with literature law, description law, factor analytic method and comparative methods and so on to the Australian transnational higher education. First of all, it analyses in depth the developing factors of the Australia's transnational higher education. Secondly , the thesis has traced back to the development course of the Australian transnational higher education and investigated its current situation of practice. Again, it introduces the main patterns of the Australian transnational higher education in detail, analyses and summarizes emphatically the Australian transnational higher education's main features. Then, it carries on the discussion and analysis to the main problems and countermeasures of the Australian transnational higher education. Finally, combining the current situation of the present internationalization of our higher education on this basis, the thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions that the internationalization of higher education of our country should be adopted.
