Information society is developing at top speed . Lifelong education is attached importance increasingly by people , so it demands each citizen to have good learning method and comparatively teaching themselves . It is a kind of sign if every one masters certain learning tactics , and possesses the ability and habit of studying independently . When the students learn math , they need to connect the new knowledge that they have gotten with the knowledge experiences essentially , and are able to do some meaning construction . New reforms of math curriculum also advocate to enrich the students' learning patterns , improve the students' learning methods actively , which let the students grasp math and become self-regulated learners . In recent years , the secondary Vocational school faced unprecedented difficulties , there has been a slip in the quality of the students , and the students' math achievements are very poor . The students are inactive when they are studying math . They lack learning , so it is very important for the teacher to research math learning tactics and self-regulated Learning .Self-regulated Learning can make the students direct ,control, adjust their capacities and habits by themselves.
