Under the concept of education in succession, people usually focus on those choices "really" and "correct" theories, knowledge and methods to pass. Educators have a responsibility on this. For creative talents, not only to be pursued in an effective rapid succession, but also on experience in the exploration and creation of "mistakes" and "rectification" experience, and from mistakes and failures to find the right solution.
