Today in the information society, information technology has spread to all fields of social life has been and marketing information resources management, financial management, human resources management, market management is equally important functions。Information in the knowledge society, knowledge of economic development is playing a leading role in the knowledge economy to an industrial economy has shifted from "capital + labor skills" into "creative knowledge + information".
