According to the development of society and worldwide education together with the requirement of excellent persons in the modern times with an investigation of the actuality of middle school physics studying, and with the analysis of the reason why the middle school inferior-studied students who unwilling to study physics the paper advances a new teaching and learning method — the Initial Practice Based on the Physics Situation Teaching Methodology Formed by Multi-media to the Inferior-studied Students.As for the new teaching and learning method the author has mentioned above many national and international universities have practiced for years.
