Educational training is the source of the survival and development of the enterprises. With the acceleration of globalization and entry into the WTO, intelletual training is becoming more and more important, and the focus of the whole society. As for the medium and small-sized enterprises,how to launch effective educational training and improve the quality of all the employees with the aim of improving the competivity of the enterprises , is a big issue to all the workers on enterprise educational training and the managers. Through the investigation of the issues about the educational training in medium and small-sized enterprises theoretically and practically , the article tries to explore and summarise the rules suitable for the educational training of the medium and small-sized enterprises, and call on the managers to develop firmly the principle of priority in enterprise development education and improve the establishment of educational training in medium and small-sized enterprises, thus winning more support from the government and the society and more proferential policies. All these will serve to improve the competiveness and development of the medium and small-sized enterprises based on the survival of them, and make them more robust through competition and development.The article is divided into three sections. The first one aims to demonstrate the purpose and significance of improving educational training in medium and small-sized enterprises through the raising of the question and analysis of the succeful issues. With the second section, it begins by analysing the present situation of the medium and small-sized enterprises, then finds out the factors affecting the educational training in the medium and small-sized enterprises. Combined with the research of the medium and small-sized enterprises in Jiangxi province, it also summarises the existing problems in the educational training in medium and small-sized enterprises. The third section explores the counter-measurements on educational training in medium and small-sized enterprises in terms of the governmental behaviour and enterprises' own behaviour.
