The psychological problem of the college students is becoming increasingly serious so all the college students are making great efforts to deal with it. Numerous studies and practices have proven that the sports and exercise is an effective means to improve people' s psychological status. Through P.E teaching, this essay seeks to discover the potential psychological problems with college students and interfere with them by appropriate means and approaches.Based on comparison to the testing result of the body-esteem, satisfaction with life, social support and SCL-90 of excellent and weak students in P.E . This study reveals the difference of psychological health of excellent and weak students in P.E concerning body-esteem satisfaction with life social support and SCL-90. In this essay, through documentaries, the author analyzes the deep cause of weak students in P.E, discusses the status of their psychological health and seeks the strategies to deal with the weak students in P.E. Finally, through the experimental study, he verifies the efficacy so as to improve body-esteem, satisfaction with life and social support of weak students in P.E and thus better their psychological health. In order to enrich and widen the content and function of P.E in college psychological education, physical exercise offers theoretical grounds and practical reference for the interference with the weak students in P.E .The whole study consists of two stages—investigation and experiment. In investigation, questionnaires (body esteem satisfaction with life social support and SCL-90) are designed for the excellent and weak students in P.E from some universities. The experiment is interfered with cognitive-sport: sports and cognitive interference are applied on twenty-five weak students in P.E for 8 weeks through extracurricular Sports activities are arranged according to students' physical and psychological features and the previous research results, The experiment involves three groups—teacher-organized extracurricular group participated students; open extracurricular group; the contrasting group.
