It is a very important step to evaluate students' learning results in the process of education. In the traditional ways, teachers are always viewed as the main body and a test is viewed as a main, even only one measure to check the students' achievements. And whether a student is good or not usually depends on his score of a test. To a great extent, this method affects the education idea of teachers, impacts and limits the general growth of students. Therefore, it will become the essential aspect of innovating in basic education for changing the evaluating pattern.According to the results in the survey aimed at some teachers and students and the interview with them, the evaluation on maths learning of middle school students is still the bottleneck limiting the growth of maths education and the general evolution of students after the basic education has developed several years. And the evaluating pattern didn't changed at all. Of course, there are many reasons: it is restricted subjectively by the old idea about evaluation. The recruitment system on the process of secondary school and the lack of time and energy of teachers are the external reasons. In addition, lack of the solution which is simple, effective and easy to operate and tools for evaluation are one of the essential reasons.The thesis takes the evaluation on maths learning of middle school students as the research object. Based on the existing condition, it analyses the problems on the evaluation and the necessary to implement the pluralism learning. Basing on the idea of modern education, it gives the solution of pluralism evaluation on maths learning of middle school students which is consistent with the standard of new courses. And it also builds the supporting platform of evaluation with multi-levels and multi-elements. The design of the platform embodies the idea of pluralism evaluation by tapping into the modern information technology , gives the objective evaluation on each aspect of their maths learning and offers a powerful tool for the teachers to master the whole results that the students learn the maths course and promote students' ability in every aspect.
