Expansibility Study On Management Of Educational Research In Senior High School

With the development of educational research of senior high school, the management of which get some progress, too. We can see that the ability of the persons who embark on the management becomes more professional, the research organization of senior high school becomes more stable, the routine management of educational research works better. But after the investigation and analysis, we find that there are still some problems. For example, inadequate implementation of the idea, not academic norms, not rational research personnel structure, varied level of development, not higher management efficiency etc. Behind the "prosperity" of senior high schools educational research, we find a strong "management crisis". As a result of these management issues, will affect the direction of senior high schools educational research, then will deviate from the value of pursuing educational research in senior high schools. Therefore, we should enhance the management of senior high school lever of educational research, and deepen the development of it to make the development of management go with the development of educational research in senior high school, go with the development of educational innovation, go with the development of the teachers. We can see that this is the task which is the developing times entrusted to the management of educational research.Based on these thoughts, the study selected three senior high schools which are in different develop levels as its research objects. After investigation, analyzed the success, the problems, the reasons of the problems in management of educational research. Then the study makes the meaning clearly of management of educational research in senior high school in three different points which is managing content, managing manner, managing means. At last, the study put forward some suggestion. Macroscopically, the study enclosed with two topics: one is management of educational research in senior high school. The other is expansibility study. Microcosmically, the study enclosed with two contents: one is the success, the problems and suggestion of management of educational research. The other is the development phase's analysis of the management of educational research.
