| The science education about general middle school and elementary school in modern China formed in 1878. HuanLun Zhang set up the ZhengMENG college (be changed as MeiXi elementary school in 1885) in 1878. The school organized its studies as some classes, and received math and science as a part of the course system. It's a symbol that the science education of China in modern of general middle school and elementary school was set up in due form.From 1878 to 1902, the science education about middle school and elementary school in modern China was on the first phase of its development. Its characteristic was each school did things in its own way. But its development still had extraordinary meaning.
