The paper mainly studies the influential factors of enterprise operators participating intraining, from operator's work life experience, characteristics of the same generation andenterprise culture, for the purpose to develop the staff training.The paper analyzes the influential factors from the difference of staff's worldview and ideas,the human relations network, the professional role, the expectation to training with thedevelopment manner, as well as the influence from organization and the social factor andthe change by the sociological angle, and proposes that the training to operators is not thebasic question, the enterprise training is not only limited to training oneself, but also need tofocus on study and social factors.I use interview, the questionnaire to survey material in order to present the systematiccharacteristic.The paper has five chapters:Chapter one is the aim of the paper. This part introduces the frame of the paper, and wefocus on factors to affect the operator to participate in training which can improve theirquality.Chapter two is the background analysis of the workers training. In this part I Simplyintroduce post characteristics of state-owned enterprises and the object enterprise's trainingsystem, and give the limitations to the research background.Chapter three is the enterprise culture to the influence of participating in the training.Mainly from the enterprise macroscopic culture and the staff community culture it presentsthe factors to affect the staff to participate in training.Chapter four is about the barriers of study, the life experiences and participation in thetraining. I pay attention to the operator special work experience to their influence for themto participate in training.Chapter five is the basic conclusion. Enterprise training is the systematic project. Enterprisetraining is supposed to develop from the more angles. The training of operators in theenhancement of staff quality is not the basic question. The enterprise training is not onlylimited to training oneself, but also need to consider he influential factors.
