In the contemporary age, we directly perceive that discipline is one of the striking features of modern school education. The outstanding feature of discipline is standardized. The following three aspects form the institutions of discipline in modern schools: bureaucratic institution in managing students, standardized evaluate institution and examinatorial institution. The institutions of discipline make the school management convenient, speedy and efficient. However, they restrain students to grow freely and cause them to lose their voluntary. Students are short of the spirit of independence and freedom.Schools are special systematized organizations that nurture persons. The disciplines in schools should be humanization that reflect children's innate demand. Consequently, disciplines should attach importance to lives and independence.
