Preschool education is regarded as the important component of the basic education and the even more important initial stage of life-long education. As the improvement of our society, all sorts of high quality education become to objective request during the development of our country. The study of non-governmental preschool teachers' professional development in Shenzhen, which is focused in this thesis, adapts to the requirement of our society, it will promote preschool education and will improve preschool teacher's professional level. The definition of Preschool Teachers' Professional Development in this thesis means that preschool teachers constantly gain their professional knowledge and skills, improve their professional attitude and quality during their preschool education work.The system of preschool education in Shenzhen is quite different from it in other provinces and cities because of Shenzhen's specialty in developing system. The remarkable difference is mat 90% of the preschools in Shenzhen are non-governmental, 98% of the preschoolers study in non-governmental preschools and 97% of the preschool teachers work in non-governmental preschools. So non-governmental preschool teachers' professional development has the key effect on the development of preschool educational undertaking in Shenzhen.So, this thesis focused on the study of non-governmental preschool teachers' professional development in Shenzhen, its purpose is to analysis the existing problems of non-governmental preschool teachers' professional development in Shenzhen through the study of the current situation and development of non-governmental preschool teachers' profession. From the viewpoint of developing, carrying on relevant countermeasures will eventually promote non-governmental preschool teachers' professional development in Shenzhen.This thesis consists of four parts:...
