That shows the attention of country to education, the offer of times to education, and expectation of people to education. As the major carrier of course concept transforming course practices, teaching material is undoubted in the position in course reform. National education department has also implemented a series of new measure around teaching material, its purpose is for new curriculum to offer the brand-new text of teaching material that has run through new curriculum ideas, let society, school, teacher and student satisfied. The transform of textbook System in approve, compile and choose, not only for new curriculum has offered guarantee, at the same time also gives textbook market in compile , publication and publishing have brought huge change. More importantly, because of power transfer, that work of evaluating and choosing teaching material has been concerned with more extensively, region, school and teacher has got right to take part in it.
