In our fundamental education realm, it has become a focus that education circle paid close attention to "teacher's educational research" in recent years. Researcher discuss a lot about the question of "how the teacher should research ", becoming various theories of teacher's professional development. These study put forward to various request to teacher's growth, the behavior of teaching, mostly according to a certain theory frame, educational ideal, or catering to the society demand perhaps. Seeing from the angle of research method and reasonable thinking, we will lose our standing point even ignore the reality if we just put our emphasis or overemphasis on "should do "or oversee the idea. This paper employs the qualitative research, and put eyes on the situation of the teacher's daily life, including their behaviors, conditions, and makes an attempt to dig out the influence factor on growth of researching mathematics teacher.This research adopts the purposive sampling, and tells three teacher' s stories to make the expectation of understanding the distinguish and uniform between different teacher of different age, different title, especially different teaching courses.This paper finds that an educator must have the certain condition, if he wants to carry on the research in the teaching. The condition mainly including: the classic occupation morals and good personality, be good at reflection on teaching, to pursue the innovation, be good at adjusting target...etc. these are the premise and the motive source that a researcher teacher grow up; The second, sharpen problem consciousnesses and rational pursuit of education are cornerstone; The third, deepen and well-organized knowledge structure, deepen cultivation of mathematics and advanced mathematics education concept are guarantee conditions.In the final of this paper, I put forward the suggestion towards the growth of researcher mathematics teacher, from loving mathematics education, progressive innovation; rich professional knowledge basis, to enhance practice wisdom; clear studies, research capacity; improving teaching arts and enhance the quality of teaching etc. |
