Teacher's professional development is a main tendecy of the international education ,which is also the one of the objective of china's teacher-oriented educational reform. Chinese is the basic subject in the elementary education, and chinese teachers'professional quality has a profound effect on the students'all-round development , so researching the professional development of chinese teacher makes much sense in theory and in practice.This topic aims to study the professional development of High-school chinese teacher systematically, on the basis of related theories of Marxist philophy, education and educational-culture, analysing comprehensively the theories of home-and-abroad teachers'professional development , combining the special features of professional development of High-school chinese teachers. Exactly social factors consist of politics, economics, and public opinion; educational factors include educational executive department, school management, existing teachers'development mode, and the education of chinese-language school; personal factors mainly refer to the chinese teachers'own quality and conditions.The phase of teachers'professional development is another emphsis of it.
