In the 21st century , the development trend of the human society shows us a environment filled with demands for innovation and a knowledge-based economy age of human intelligence activity attains the unprecedented height. In the knowledge-based economy age, compare to any time before, the progress and development of human society depends more on the people's oneself quality, depends on a lot of the good quality talented person with the competitive ability, who can be fostered by the education system . What's more, all countries regard the development of the innovative quality as the focal point of the educational reform. Suffice it to say that, there is still distance between the current situation of history education and the demands for fostering the 21st century's talented person. The development of history movable lesson is not only the concrete fulfillment that modern course theory, but also one of the important measures that our country adjust to socialism modernization construction and request to the worker quality of social future. Since 1990s ,our country movable course experiments become hot point that people increasingly pay attention to. Though the movable lesson constitution matches the cognition regulation of students, and be advantageous to the development of students'overall quality, faces more difficulties in action. So the writer commences from the source of the educational teaching theories that the movable lesson establishes and the research present conditions, first argues the inevitability of the movable lesson established , then elaborates the target design principle of the history movable lesson, the classification of the contents, how to develop and introspect after practicing, and summarizes the experiences, absorbs theeducational theories , tries hard for integrating his own practical experiences for several years with the theories of new course standard, and hopes that it has an effect of cast a brisk to attract jade to the development of middle schools'history movable lesson. Practice proved that the constitution and development of the movable lesson is an important measure of the course reform and a little bit bright, however, how to design and develop history movable lesson in the middle schools, how to make the history movable lesson brought into the teaching plan and implemented validly, which deserve to be deeply thought and continuously inquired into, moreover, to be perfected and innovated.
