As a strong assurance of training talents, education attracts more attention in the times of knowledge and economy. In order to carry out quality education and develop students' spirit of blazing new trails, the Educational Department has proposed that researching-study is implemented in national common middle schools, and it should be taken seriously. At present, there are two definitions about researching-study in the educational circles. One is defined from courses; the other is defined from study methods. In this article, researching-study is applied from study methods.If researching-study is carried out deeply and widely, there must be a great many well-qualified teaching instructors. On the basis of analyzing its concept, this article discusses the necessary and reality of teaching instructors in researching-study. Therefore, combing theory with practice, the writer mainly expounds every sector in researching-study, such ad choosing problems, carrying them out, concluding and evaluating them. The writer gives his own opinions about what guiding work should be done well as a teacher so that he could exchange experience and discuss the problems with other teachers. They can give an impetus to researching-study used in Politics and Ideology course in middle schools.
