On Studying Of The Development Of Special Men's Contest Sports Of Yunnan Province

Studying objects are leaders in charge, coaches and sportsmen, finding some existed problems, finally putting forward appropriated suggestions.The results of study show that Yunnan' s special men' s contest sports has made a big progress, it made a brand for Yunnan. But we can see some disadvantages which restrict the development of Yunnan sports, such as , management are in random, lacks of money and the facilities of playgrounds are imperfect. Training system is irreasonable it doesn' t form all kinds of fostering systems; it can not ensure the stability of training. The group of coach is unsteady, contest system is not perfect, there are a few matches, players don' t have enough chance to take part in games. The awareness of the coaches' scientific research is weak, the leaders don' t pay much attention to scientific research, also, people don' t pay more attention to special men' s contest sport, lastly, the installment of players is imperfect.Suggestions: Making management system perfect, enlarging the funds of sports. Quickening the construction of stadiums, equipment and supplies; organizing more matches; speeding up the reforms of training system; Improving the coaches' ability; choosing playes scientificly; putting forward some polices which help player find jobs.The purpose of the essay is giving a reference for the development of Yunnan provincial special men' s contest sports.
