The comparative study of novice-expert is an important way to the research on teachers'growth .At present,many achievements have been acquired in the research on novice-expert teachers,but the fruits are not applied reasonably in teachers'training ,because the span from the novice to the expert is large and the proficient between the novice and the expert is neglected badly ,and the teaching behaviors in class embody directly the teaching effect. So based on senior high school novice-proficient physics teachers ,this thesis wishes to found the differences about the teaching behaviors in class of the two ,and advances some suggestions to provide the scientific foundations on training teachers.Based on the theories of teaching behaviors and questionnaires, the author constructed a detailed form of observing the teaching behaviors in class in this thesis,and obtained much detailed data of classroom-observation with the help of the study means of novice-expert teachers,to develop the differences-research on the teaching behaviors in class of the senior high school novice-proficient physics teachers.At last ,the author founded some significant differences of teaching behaviors such as colloquial expression,subject-presence,questionation, promoting motivation of learning and so on. In addition,through many instances in physics classroom ,the author gives an profound analysis of the 'questioning' behavior by the comparative study of novice- proficient teachers,and provides some suggestions for the novice teachers.
