The Effects Of Aerohic Exercise On Insulin Resistance Of Rats With Hyperlipidemia

The study aimed at observation of effects of aerohic exercise on insulin resistance of rats with hyperlipidemia.After long-term aerohic exercise,we compared the level of TNF-α,FFA ang HOMA-IR to explore effects of aerohic exercise on insulin resistance of rats with hyperlipidemia.After six-week aerohic exercise,we tested the consistence of TNF-α,FFA,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and the level of HOMA-IR,then compared with normal team.The results as follows:(1)After six-week high-fat feed,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C rised evidently and the level of HDL-C declined evidently,which indicated high-fat feed could lead to the lipid turbulence of the rats with hyperlipidemia;After six-week high-fat feed,the level of HOMA-IR rised evidently,which indicated high-fat feed could lead to the IR of the rats with hyperlipidemia;After six-week high-fat feed,the level of TNF-α,FFA rised evidently,which indicated high-fat feed could lead to the high level of TNF-αand FFA of the rats with hyperlipidemia.(2)After six-week aerohic exercise,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C declined evidently and the level of HDL-C rised evidently,which indicated aerohic exercise could improved the lipid turbulence of the rats with hyperlipidemia;After six-week aerohic exercise,the level of HOMA-IR declined evidently,which indicated aerohic exercise could improved IR of the rats with hyperlipidemia;After six-week aerohic exercise,the level of TNF-α,FFA declined evidently,which indicated aerohic exercise could reduce the consistence of TNF-α,FFA of the rats with hyperlipidemia.(3)After six-week high-fat feed and aerohic exercise,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,HOMA-IR,TNF-αand FFA were not significantly different from normal team, which indicated aerohic exercise could improved the lipid turbulence and insulin resistance of the rats with hyperlipidemia.(4)There were significant Correlation between the level of TNF-α,FFAs and...
