Personalization reading receives the universal attention. But in real education teaching practice, many people will have individuality reading and personalization reading confused and misunderstand the individuality reading for personalization reading. Personalization reading is on the one hand presents the individual tendency and the individual characteristics in the reading activity on the other hand it constructs the individuality through the reading activity, realizing individual growth and development. Personalization reading mainly is in the reading activity to present and to construct reading knowledge and ability, progress and method as well as the emotional attitude and the values. Personalization reading mainly presents for four major characteristics: independence, creativeness, experience, critique. The key of personalization reading construction lies in the establishment of self-controlled reading mechanism.The personalization reading teaching environment is the synthesis of the subjective and objective essential factors which affect teachers and students' personalization reading. It includes personalization reading teaching psychological environment and physical environment. The personalization reading teaching environment must achieve the teaching goal, so it is necessary to enable each environment essential factor to be advantageous in effective presentation and construction of the students' reading individuality. It follows three principles: suitable, the synthesis, the change. As complex system teaching environment, personalization reading faults lies in: lack of full presentation and effective construction of students' reading individuality; lack of full presentation and effective construction of teachers' reading individuality. There are four kinds of strategies to construct: instruct and help the students to establish the personalization to read the self-control system; present and construct the reading personalization through communication; cultivate and develop the students' reading individuality by the ways of self-decision, cooperation and research; to combine personalization reading with personalization writing. Stress the teachers and students to the personalization reading teaching appraisal to read the individuality development; advocate the appraisal main body diversification; the appraisal way attention progress, the evaluation criteria difference, this can provide a more comprehensive objective appraisal for the personalization reading teaching.
