It has become one of the heated topics of modern preschool education to promote the professional competence of kindergarten teacher. School-based training is derived from the school's development, to meet the each teacher's needs, it is an effective way to promote teachers' professional development. The exploration of kindergarten teachers' professional development from the school-based training put forward some productive suggestions to the reforms of our kindergarten teacher education and vocational training.Based on the theory study of school-based training and teachers' professional development, the present research adopts the method of case study. A kindergarten teacher, Madam D, and her story of training are used as the case of study to analyze the impact of school-based training to kindergarten teacher's professional development from teacher's education concept, knowledge, ability and educational spirit. And construct the model of school-based training from four aspects, specialization of training administration, pluralism of training form, multiplicity of training teachers, standardization of training assessment.
