From 1998, the nation grants sixty-eight colleges to launch web-based education. After several years' development and practice, the web-based higher education in those experimental colleges has become one important part of higher education in China, and some achievements have been made thereby. But there are still many problems. Our province put out the Teaching Reform of Higher Education Shannxi Province in 21^st century Resource, It say that" putting web-based education quick development, how to study the campus learning center is a focus, the management of it have seemed to be more and more important. It has become the Ministry of Education pay attention to the one of hot problems." this item base on the problem of web-based on education to need the solution urgently.The research in this thesis is based on the project the Teaching Reform of Higher Education Shannxi Province in 21st century Resource, a sub-research project of the campus learning center management the present condition analysis and developments research: the campus learning center management the present condition investigates the analysis item. The thesis discussed on the basic way of the campus learning center puts into practice, the function of the campus learning center, the essence condition of establish the campus learning center, its basic workflow, and so on. Taking the campus web-based education learning center as the research objectives, the thesis collects data and statistics through the annual report in 2005 of the 130 college web-based education in Shannxi Province, and 303 investigations of 11 campus learning centers in our country, including the teaching establishment, the teacher's condition, and the present management condition of the buildup management, teaching management, and teaching actualizing. Some systematic statistic analyses are also made at the same time.The paper put forward some pertinent and practical suggestions and countermeasures on the environment, establishment and teaching management about campus learning center, which are hoped to offer some reference and base for the good development of web-based education in campus learning center.This subject is the research project of a Shannxi Province education department;the serial number is 04G41, From January of 2005 to December of 2006, it spent two years.
