Research On Developing Community's Education In The Socialist New Countryside

The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China proposes the goal of " building the well-to-do society in all-round way " . It is among process that realize the goal of this struggle, answer "it manage in order, civilization happy and auspicious new-type community to build ", form the type of studying society, lifetime studying and promote people's overall development. At the beginning of New Year of 2006, the great historical task that central " File No. one " is proposed about advancing the socialist new countryside of our country . It is the most important thing to build the socialist new countryside in the well-to-do society in all-round way, and the development which the rural community's education is the basic point of building socialist new countryside. So, in the building process of well-to-do society in all-round way, set up new rural community's lifetime education system, build the studying type new countryside, which is a basic direction of rural community's educational development of our country.Based on the theories of educational sociology and rural community's education, through consulting a large amount of documents and materials , the dissertation takes the method of systematic analysis to explain the development trend which the new rural community education of socialism of our country in building process of well-to-do society in an all-round way, from studying history and current situation of the rural community and community educational development.This dissertation divides into four parts altogether. Chapter one in the thesis puts forward the theory background that develop the new rural community education of socialism of our country, from "life-long education" and "learning community" etc modern education idea, and analyzes the urgency that the community education which develops the socialist new countryside in the current situations of the development of several undertakings, such as economics, politics, science and technology and culture, etc.. Chapter Two describes in all-round way the development course of the rural community education of our country at three stages, the rudiment, rising and developing. At the same it analyzes existing problem in the rural community's education from the current situation of development. Chapter Three proposes the overall goal and concrete planning about building the well-to-do society in all-round way in the new rural community's education of socialism, and structures the new rural lifetime education system and learning community, according to the 16th National Congress and spirit of central "File No. one " , referencing the experience of community's education in our urban and the abroad.
