At the same time, the contradiction between public welfare and profit-making in the independent college must be solved by standardizing the system of investment and management and clarifying the property rights.Part3: In this part, the author plays a strong emphasis on the innovation of the independent college. Under the opportunities of entering WTO, the independent college has to reorganize its majorities and transform their traditional teaching style thorougathyso as to develop the new type students to meet the need of persons for the society.
