Reaserch On Senior High School Soft Volleyball Curriculum

Along with the basic education innovated, the course innovation of physical education inmiddle school is attached importance to by the educative department and other correlativefields. Volleyball as a traditional item of school sports, which the students don't have interestin because the technology has competition and high hardness. According to this, innovation ofvolleyball teaching material becomes an important issue in the course innovation of physicaleducation.As a new sports item, Soft Volleyball has many characteristics and is loved by youth,such as avoiding puff, soft texture, low speed, easiness, few hurt, interest, entertainment,universality in different ages, improving the health etc. In November 2000, the educationdepartment published the new release "the outline of physical and health teaching", whichconcludes Soft Volleyball is the important content of the elementary school and the middleschool teaching. It makes over a hundred million students know and study Soft Volleyball inclass.This article adopts investigable methods, such as literature, expert accessing,questionnaire, statistic, logic analysis etc. Through analyzing many literatures and accessingmany experts, I knew deeply the status of senior high school Soft Volleyball course ,investigated in detail in guidelines and teaching goal of the high school physical and healthcourse and Soft Volleyball, basic theory of Soft Volleyball and principle of course comprised.Combined with the characteristic of Soft Volleyball, I constructed the course system for SoftVolleyball teaching that can be seasoned with the requirement physical and health from thecourse task and requirement, outline using, teaching hours, content, teaching method, assessappraisement etc.The article aims for the course rationalization of Soft Volleyball, which makes SoftVolleyball general and popular in the elementary school, middle school, senior high schooland college. It can help the teacher teach schemingly and objectively, so as to improve theteaching quality of Soft Volleyball. It will offer reference and new approach for perfect theteaching of senior high school physical and health course.
