The Current Development Situation Of Course Resource And The Corresponding Strategic Studies In The Three Gorges Area

Since the Three Gorges area is the base of the Three Gorges project, the heavy task of relocating millions of local people, who originally live in the neighborhood of the Three Gorges area, in the new official assigned regions for guaranteeing the successful operation of the Three Gorges project, falls on the shoulder of the local people and the local authority which have made a considerable contribution and sacrifice to the whole construction of the Three Gorges project in spite of the poor conditions of this region classified as one of the 18 poverty-stroke mountainous areas known nationwide. However, the educational foundation here still remains very much backward due to its relatively inconvenient transportation resulting from its geographical conditions and its slow growth of economy. In this sense, much more attention should be paid to the basic education to spur it to develop in an updated and efficient way in a time when we are building a new modern socialist countryside in accordance with the whole harmonious atmosphere of socialist society.In the Three Gorges area, for an updating and efficient development of the basic education which is a massive and demanding systematic project, the process of enabling the courses updating is the most indispensable work to do. As a prerequisite and a guarantee, to effectively develop the course resource in this area is a must to realize that. But followed by a thorough investigation and study, the fact is found that although varied course resources are available, they are not made the best development and use, leading to the sharp contradiction that some course resources are idle in some place while elsewhere the course resource are badly needed. For this reason, this paper, mainly focused on the principles ,models and the strategies such as the concrete steps of operation way during developing the basic education of course resource in the Three Gorge dam area, is aimed at exploring a fixed thinking pattern and a feasible operation model in accordance with the current situation of basic education in this local area by a way of raising a question followed by analyzing and resolving the question with the aid of literature ,interview and analysis of contents on the basis of the existing research achievements and experience as well as taking into consideration the local situation of...
